Corporate AI training
Hands-on AI agent training
Build an AI that takes one instruction and finishes the job
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent takes a goal instead of step-by-step instructions. It plans on its own, uses tools like email, documents, and databases, and runs a multi-step task through to the end. Unlike a single question and answer with ChatGPT, an agent repeats decide → run the tool → check the result until the work is actually done.
Autonomy
Plans and runs a multi-step job from a single instruction
Tool use
Calls email, calendars, databases, and internal systems directly
Persistence
Repeats decide, act, and check until the task is finished
Course goals
By the end of the course you'll be able to:
- Judge for yourself how AI agents work and where they fit
- Build a working agent with Custom GPTs and MCP without writing code
- Design workflows that automate repetitive, multi-step work
- Take an agent from deployment through measurement to org-wide rollout

Agents you can build here
First-line customer support
An agent trained on your FAQ and past replies handles the first response
Daily reports, generated
The agent collects the data, analyzes it, and writes the report
New-hire onboarding
A Q&A agent over internal documents cuts onboarding time by 70%
Contract review support
Upload a contract and risk points are highlighted automatically
Expected impact
What changes once your organization is using it.
- Less time spent on repetitive, multi-step work
- Less reliance on outsourcing and manual effort
- Faster data-driven decisions
- AI agents become a normal part of how the team works
AI agent training FAQ
Teams and individuals who want to automate repetitive or multi-step work. Most participants come from planning, strategy, IT, and engineering, but no coding knowledge is required — the course is built around Custom GPTs and no-code tools.
No coding knowledge is needed. Bring a laptop if you can, and the hands-on work goes more smoothly if you've used ChatGPT at least once.
A ChatGPT course focuses on prompting — asking once and getting an answer. This course is about designing and building an agent that decides for itself, uses tools, and completes a multi-step job. Building Custom GPTs and connecting a Claude MCP server are the core of it.
The standard course runs 12 hours over two days, and 20 to 30 participants works best for hands-on sessions. We adjust the length and structure to your schedule and headcount.
Yes. You build an agent prototype on your own data, and the course covers deployment, measuring results, and spreading it internally. A one-month coaching option supports adoption after the course ends.
On-site is the default, and online or blended delivery both work. We also design the curriculum around your organization's goals and roles — ask us during the consultation.
