The AI grounding every person in your agency needs
What AI is, where it helps at work, and the ethics and security rules that come with it. A whole-of-agency literacy course that goes past tool tutorials to give staff a balanced view of what AI can and cannot do.
What is AI literacy essentials?
AI literacy essentials covers the AI grounding every person in a public agency needs: the concepts, the ethics, the security rules, and the realistic uses at work. It follows the direction set by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, which has been rolling out required AI and digital transformation training for all public officials from 2025, and by the Presidential Committee on Digital Platform Government, which published version 2.0 of its guidelines on adopting and using hyperscale AI in the public sector. Instead of teaching one tool, the course builds the judgment to see both what AI can do and where it fails.
Built for everyone
Pitched so that any employee can follow it, regardless of grade or job function.
Balanced view
Covers what AI can and cannot do, so staff neither over-trust it nor dismiss it.
Ethics and security first
Gives real weight to bias, copyright, and personal data — the questions public agencies care about most.
Evidence and cases
Why this training matters now
Version 2.0 of the public sector AI guidelines goes out
The Presidential Committee on Digital Platform Government issued version 2.0 of its guidelines on adopting and using hyperscale AI in the public sector to ministries, local governments, and public institutions. The guidelines set out three strategic goals: solving social problems, transforming citizen-facing services, and making the way government works more efficient.
