AI transformation cycle
How an AI transformation actually runs
This isn't a project that ends. You move through stages, embed the tools in daily work, then split the path by how much each team actually uses them and cycle back. The method is built on the Microsoft AI adoption framework and the Gartner AI maturity model.
Kickoff consultation
We map what you need and where you are, then define the goals and scope.
Assessment and survey
Department surveys and the AI-Q assessment measure how mature your organization is.
Client review and consulting
We review the results together and set priorities and a rollout roadmap.
Architecture design
We design the deployment around your governance, security, and work scenarios.
Rollout and workstation setup
We set up accounts, security, and workstations so people can start on day one.
Dashboards and visibility
Dashboards track usage so you can see adoption by department and by person.
The path splits by adoption
Teams with low adoption
Targeted training by function
Role-specific curricula and one-on-one coaching lift the team's skills, then we reassess.
Teams with high adoption
Proof of concept and automation
High-adoption teams build automation proofs of concept, and the results spread company-wide.
Each reassessment reshapes the next quarter's work and feeds back into the cycle. The transformation keeps compounding.
Why Now
You bought the licenses. Why has nothing spread?
Buying licenses is not the finish line. Most organizations stall right after the pilot — at adoption, at scale, at security.
Stall at the pilot
Pilots succeed and still never reach production. Start without an assessment and a roadmap, and the return on the investment is impossible to prove.
Tool sprawl
Every department picks its own AI tool and control disappears. Accounts, spend, and security scatter, and governance breaks.
Security blocks the rollout
Leaks, access rights, audit logs, where data is stored — unresolved security and compliance requirements stop company-wide adoption.
Security · Data Sovereignty
Your data stays yours
Claude Enterprise does not use the conversations, documents, or code you enter to train models. Data is isolated in your own environment and encrypted end to end, so it isn't exposed to outsiders or third parties.
What you type never becomes training data
The first question we get is whether company secrets end up in model training. Under the Claude Enterprise terms, what you enter and what Claude generates is not used to train models, and ownership stays entirely with you.
- Inputs and outputs are never used for model training (stated in the contract)
- You own the data outright — no sharing or selling to third parties
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, controlled by SSO, access rights, and audit logs
- You set retention periods and deletion as your own policy

Claude Enterprise
What changes when you move from Team to Enterprise?
Company-wide rollout and passing a security review come down to the governance features only Enterprise has.

| Domain claim and transfer (absorb existing personal accounts) | — | ○ |
| Audit logs / Compliance API | — | ○ |

Audit logs
Every action is recorded — authentication, member management, SSO changes, conversations, file uploads. Security reviews require it.
180 days in the console · 6 years via the Compliance API
Automatic SCIM sync
Connect your IdP (Entra ID, Okta, and others) so account creation, deletion, and group membership stay in sync. Accounts left behind by departing staff are a leak waiting to happen.
Onboarding and offboarding, automated
Custom roles
Control which features each group can use — chat only, Code plus Cowork, evaluation access. Every department gets exactly the rights it needs.
Governance and cost control at once
Governance by Design
From SSO to spend limits, designed with no gaps
SSO and SCIM are the foundation everything else sits on. We configure and build them from scratch to match your policies.
Role tiers decide who can do what
Four built-in roles plus custom roles make permissions explicit. We attach the Primary Owner to a dedicated account rather than a person, so nobody gets locked out and nobody walks away with the keys.
- Custom role permissions add up (OR), so each department gets only the features it needs
- Requiring SSO disables Magic Link, so your IdP's MFA, IP, and device rules apply to every login
- Tenant restriction (allowed-org-ids) blocks logins to unauthorized organizations at your proxy
Primary Owner
One person only. Full rights plus organization data export and Compliance API key issuance. Use a dedicated account.
Owner
Everything except the Primary Owner's exclusive actions. Can change org settings such as SSO and SCIM.
Admin
Invites and removes members, views usage analytics. Narrower than the name suggests.
User
Uses the features the organization allows (Code, Cowork, and so on).
Custom roles
A permission set attached to a group decides the available features. Applied automatically when SCIM is connected.
Monthly spend limits · three tiers
Hitting the limit stops usage automatically — raise the cap or wait for the monthly reset
Three tiers of spend control, nothing leaking
Set monthly limits for the company, each department, and each person, and spending stops before it passes the budget. A dashboard shows who is using how much, and usage records are archived securely and automatically.
- Set monthly limits company-wide, per department, and per person — usage stops at the cap
- See cost and adoption per user on one dashboard
- Every usage record is linked automatically and retained securely
Deployment Path
We pick the deployment path that fits your requirements
Three paths differ in where data sits, how it's managed, and how it's billed. If your data sovereignty rules are strict, we design around a path where you choose the region.
Claude Enterprise
AWS Marketplace or direct
- ·Log in and use it — no API integration needed
- ·All of Chat, Code, and Cowork plus live artifacts, web search, and Chrome

End-to-End Process
One flow from assessment to adoption
Only what each stage needs, in a way we've already proven. Changes and additions along the way are fine.
STEP 01 · Assess
Assessment and roadmap
The AI-Q assessment measures how teams and individuals actually use AI and sets rollout priorities from that data, then estimates the first use cases and their ROI.
STEP 02 · Design
Plan and governance design
We choose the scope and plan (Enterprise or Bedrock), then design the governance policy and security requirements: SSO/SCIM, role tiers, spend caps, and data retention.
STEP 03 · Build
Licensing and environment build
License supply, initial Admin Console setup, SSO/SCIM integration, and custom roles. We validate AI Switch and any custom solution as a PoC before integrating.
STEP 04 · Adopt
Training and adoption management
Role-based training raises the adoption rate, the Analytics API tracks it, and we keep optimizing cost and upgrading models.
AI Training
Adoption is decided by training
Hands-on courses designed per audience turn "AI we installed" into "AI we use."
Driving adoption and governance
- ·Strategy and investment decision frameworks for AI transformation
- ·The essentials of governance, security, and compliance
- ·Rollout roadmaps and performance metrics per department
Claude Code hands-on
