Yes. We only ask that you check with us first if you would be selling to the same client.
As a rule the IP stays with the partner, and Imagination Group holds the distribution and operating license. Jointly produced content is agreed separately.
It follows the business model — reselling, joint selling, or a joint venture — and runs NDA, then MOU, then the full contract.
