Over about two weeks we map your core processes and identify where AI can apply. Interviews with the people doing the work, plus a review of working documents, set the direction and priorities for the curriculum.
Everything we need for the assessment is handled in de-identified or summarized form, in line with your security policy. We can sign a nondisclosure agreement, and sensitive material stays inside your building.
