AI capability assessment
AI competitions
This is where training turns into something built. We run corporate hackathons and public sector challenges end to end — design, delivery, judging, and what happens to the winning work afterward.
Programs
Two formats
Who takes part and what data they touch is what separates them. Companies build work MVPs on their own data; public agencies solve administrative problems on open data.
CorporateCorporate AI hackathon
Employees form teams and ship a working AI prototype inside a fixed window. Vibe coding plus your own data and internal LLM turns that into an MVP the business can actually use.
- Open to planning, design, and business roles, not just developers
- Eight tracks, from agentic AI to internal knowledge RAG
- The strongest MVPs get taken through to production
Public sectorPublic sector AI challenge
Teams tackle problems in administration, citizen services, and policy using open government data and Korean LLMs (LG EXAONE, Upstage Solar). The setup keeps data sovereignty and security requirements intact.
- From defining the problem to releasing data and running the leaderboard
- Prep sessions and mentoring on Korean LLM APIs and RAG
- Winning entries move on as proofs of concept in real systems
How we run
From the first brief to what happens after
We don't just show up on the day. We're there from defining the problem through to putting the results to work.
- 01
Define the problem
We fix the problem to solve, the data and APIs in play, and how entries will be scored.
- 02
Recruit and form teams
Rules and datasets go public, and teams come together.
- 03
Prep sessions
Onboarding on the tools, models, and dev environment so everyone starts level.
- 04
Run the main event
Either one intensive sprint or a qualifying round followed by the finals.
- 05
Judge and award
Entries are judged on how finished they are and how far they'd go in real use.
- 06
Put it to work
The best results become live services or proofs of concept, and the practice spreads.
You want to run a competition
but don't know what to decide first
Tell us the headcount and the dates, and we'll come back with candidate problems and a plan.
