Working terms
Hours: your own / online (roughly 3–5 hours a week during a test cycle)
You get our AI products before anyone else does, and you write down what got in your way in a form the team can act on the same day. Finding the bug matters, and so does explaining why you hesitated on a screen. This is not a features tour with a few impressions at the end — you run a real task all the way through and turn whatever stopped you into a report someone else can reproduce.
Open year-round | the work is done online. How long a cycle runs and what it pays depends on the product being tested; we go over both with you once you're selected.
What you'll do
- Put SWITCH.AI, the AI transformation packages, the Public AI Training Center, and unreleased products through real work scenarios.
- File bug reports with the steps to reproduce, the environment you were on, and screenshots.
- Re-check the fixed build and run the regression checklist before a release.
- Say what should change in sign-up, onboarding, layout, and wording — from where the user sits.
Tech stack
- Required · Hands-on use of generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in real work; the ability to write up a problem so someone else can reproduce it step by step; and the discipline to meet the reporting deadlines during a test cycle
- Preferred · Experience in QA, testing, or customer support; familiarity with issue trackers such as Jira, Notion, or GitHub Issues; comfort with browser dev tools and API testing tools; experience reviewing for web accessibility (KWCAG) or personal data handling; and a working background in a public agency or company, so you can test the way our clients actually work
