Working terms

Hours: at least 4 days a week in our office during the roughly one-month build, then on-site at the client on training days

We're building a ChatGPT Enterprise security course for the security teams of a major Korean conglomerate, and we need a partner instructor to build and teach it with us. You'll sit with our team for about a month, design the courseware around the real admin console, and answer one question in the room: how do you turn a company's security policy into workspace settings?

2 openings (partner / freelance contract) | Open year-round, closing once filled Compensation is negotiated, with courseware development and delivery fees set separately. We provide the ChatGPT Enterprise-tier environment needed to build and teach the course. What you'll do

Co-develop the intermediate-level ChatGPT Enterprise security courseware with our team, on site for about a month.
Design the demo scenarios and hands-on exercises against a real Admin Console environment.
Shape the curriculum around implementing an internal security policy through workspace settings.
Process: application review, a first interview on experience and fit, a 15-minute demo lecture on an assigned topic (online is fine), then contract and onboarding. Send a CV and a summary of your teaching history; recordings and courseware samples help.

Tech stack

Required · Three or more years teaching IT or corporate training (or equivalent seminar and workshop experience), hands-on operation of a SaaS admin console (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack Enterprise or similar), a working grasp of enterprise security and identity concepts (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logs), the presence to lead an in-person class of 20 or more, and availability to work from our office at least 4 days a week during the build
Preferred · Administering or rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise/Business, Claude Enterprise or similar enterprise generative AI services, hands-on IdP integration (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace), an information security certification (CISSP, CISA, and the like), experience teaching at large enterprises, and a track record of building courseware and lab guides
Topics covered · Workspace settings, member and group management, role-based access control and custom roles; domain verification with SSO (SAML) and SCIM for account lifecycle management; network-level controls such as IP allowlisting; what audit logs capture and how to export and monitor conversation logs through the Compliance API; retention policy, the no-training-on-your-data principle, and data residency options; workspace-level allow/block policy for custom GPTs, apps (connectors) and Actions; and usage analytics for monitoring adoption across the organization
