We're looking for someone who has planned and pitched public sector bids and written government grant proposals from scratch — and who builds the structure and the argument rather than just tidying up the requirements.

What you'll do
- Read the tender, study the issuing agency, and work out what the scoring criteria actually reward.
- Design the shape of the engagement — how we differentiate, what gets built, how it turns into revenue.
- Write the proposal and business plan, and handle the presentation.
Tech stack
- Required · Experience writing public bids or government grant proposals from the planning stage, a track record of designing the logic of an engagement yourself, daily hands-on use of generative AI, and a working grasp of how the major models differ and where AI transformation, workflow automation, and RAG are heading
- Preferred · Experience designing AI training curricula, AI adoption consulting or digital transformation projects, familiarity with how public agencies decide and spend, and credentials such as licensed administrative agent, professional engineer, or PMP
