Working terms

Hours: assigned per training schedule / online and on-site

SWITCH.AI lets a team pick the right model for the task at hand, and we need certified instructors to teach it inside public agencies and companies. We're not looking for someone who can only describe AI tools — we want people who have wired AI into real work and can teach that process.

Open year-round | we provide the standard courseware and lab materials.

What you'll do

Teach SWITCH.AI courses to public agencies and companies at three levels: foundation, applied, and manager.
Teach from our standard courseware and lab materials, adapting the examples to the audience in the room.
Report back on participant satisfaction and how much of it they're actually using.

Tech stack

Required · Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the like; a clear grasp of how the major models differ and which one suits which job; and at least one year of teaching AI tools, or ten sessions delivered
Preferred · Experience teaching at public agencies or training civil servants, AI adoption consulting, workflow automation, RAG or other AI transformation work, and credentials in IT, data, or education
