Working terms

Hours: 09:00–18:00 / client visits plus time at our office

The consultant owns the assessment, setup, and adoption stages of the transformation package. You run it as the PM — executive interviews, work analysis, an AI rollout roadmap, and 30 days of adoption coaching.

Starts as a track to a permanent role | a three-month project contract, then review.

What you'll do

Run executive interviews and work assessment workshops at the client.
Write the AI rollout roadmap and ROI report by department.
Run weekly check-ins through the 30-day adoption period.

Tech stack

Required · 3+ years in consulting or corporate IT/HR, plus hands-on AI tool experience
Preferred · Background at a Big 4, an SI firm, or in HRD; B2B sales experience
