About the program
Work at a research institute leans heavily on reading material, assembling evidence, and turning it into documents — which is also where AI takes out the most time. The program ran intensively over four days for the institute's staff. Rather than a one-day lecture, consecutive sessions let us step up from basic use to workflow automation. It closed with a showcase where participants shared what they had built, followed by certificates — so the training left a visible result inside the institute rather than scattering into individual experience.
