ChatGPT work automation workshop for Paju Youth Foundation staff
About the program
The staff who plan and run youth programs at Paju Youth Foundation handle repetitive work every day: reconciling budgets, drafting official letters, researching programs, and producing promotional material. This course set out to hand that work to the Projects and Work mode of the paid ChatGPT plan and have it carried through to the end, with generous time for building things by hand rather than just understanding them. On day one, everyone completed a shared workflow using the same foundation program as the case. After first clarifying the difference between Chat and Work, the concept of Projects, and the standards for data security and fact checking, participants analyzed a budget settlement sheet to produce a checklist and a draft official letter, then connected web-research daily briefings and deep research into a slide-based strategy report. The final session extracted key promotional messages from program information and produced a promotional package of brochure, card news, and posts in one pass. Day two moved into each participant's own work material. After an introduction to advanced ChatGPT features and NotebookLM, participants set their material up in a Project, produced a first automation draft, then refined format, tone, and detail until each had a result ready for real use along with a reusable set of instructions. The instructor and assistant instructor circulated and resolved blockers at the desk as they came up.

How it ran
In-person classroom practice, four hours per day over two days for eight sessions
A two-stage structure of shared practice on day one and individual deep practice on day two, with the instructor and assistant instructor coaching desk by desk
Notion-based learning material and practice templates provided for each session
