Applied AI at work with ChatGPT and Gemini
About the program
Learn one tool and you stop the moment it cannot do something. At work you need to be able to pick. So each day covered Gemini in the morning and ChatGPT in the afternoon. Running the same assignment through both is what gives people a feel for which tool suits which job. Because this is a business support agency, business plans and reporting material were the core assignments, and the split was 20 percent theory to 80 percent practice. Copyright and hallucination checking were separate topics, so participants also learned to verify output before using it.
What we ran
Four rounds pairing Gemini in the morning with ChatGPT in the afternoon, so participants learn which tool fits which situation
How the course was designed
Both tools on the same day and the same assignment through each, so nobody gets locked into one
20 percent theory and 80 percent practice, so it is usable at work immediately
Verification and rights checking included as formal topics, against the risk of using output as it comes

Four rounds in total — three in Ochang and one at the Chungju site
Three hours of Gemini in the morning and three hours of ChatGPT in the afternoon, in one day
Capped at 30 participants per round to keep hands-on coaching close
A satisfaction survey after each round, fed into the next
