About the program
Work at a business support agency is a steady cycle of gathering material, assembling evidence, and turning it into documents. Time spent on data and reports is the job. We opened with everyone together on AI trends to set a common baseline, then split into groups for the topics each needed. From there it ran through gathering material with deep research, analyzing and comparing data, and moving the results into policy reports and presentation decks. Because the agency works heavily with public data, the practice datasets were chosen to match what people actually handle.
