About the program

Construction and development projects involve many parties, and the paperwork grows with them. Progress reports, coordination material, review comments — the writing never stops. We prepared the content around that work and delivered it at the company-wide workshop. The focus was practical: organizing documents and summarizing material, topics any department can use. With a large number of employees in the room, we kept to subjects that do not favor one role over another.
