HS Hwasung
Company-wide AI skills program at HS Hwasung
About the program
AI skill varies widely even inside one company. Start with advanced training and half the room falls behind. Rather than running a detailed skills assessment first, we agreed to deliver a common foundation course across the company and put the assessment after it. Getting everyone to the same starting line before choosing an advanced direction is the more efficient order. Examples were built around construction and development work, and the course also covered internal rules for using AI, to head off careless use. It ran over three rounds, with a skills assessment in the last one to give the next stage something to build on.
