Role-based AI training for Hyundai Steel employees
About the program
Even inside one manufacturer, the work splits sharply. Production, quality, and equipment teams look at different data every day, and the documents purchasing, sales, and back-office teams produce are different again. That is why "let's use AI well" rarely lands on the floor. So instead of walking through tool features, this program started by mapping where AI could attach to each role. Recurring reports, standards, and guideline documents; time spent hunting through internal material; pulling numbers together and comparing them — the point was to pick out the parts of existing work that can be handed to AI. We rebuilt the examples and exercises around Hyundai Steel's own context, so participants could apply them to their own jobs on the spot.
