About the program
When an agency adopts ChatGPT the accounts open, but "what do I do first" is left to each person. Leave it there and a handful use it while most never touch it. This session was the onboarding that came with the procurement. Timed to the moment everyone got access, it walked through the basics public sector work needs right away — wording for citizen inquiries, first drafts of reports and official documents, summarizing source material. All of it applies to any department. Staff gathered in the main auditorium for the talk and did light exercises on their phones. We ran an extra online session for anyone who could not attend.
