Level-based AI training to open the company workshop

About the program

Put everyone in one room and the people already using AI are bored while the beginners cannot keep up. In a fixed workshop slot, that waste hurts. So we split the group into beginner and intermediate tracks and ran both in the same time slot. The beginner track covered ChatGPT fundamentals to get the first feel for it; the intermediate track was a master class for people already using it who wanted to sharpen how. We placed it first on the workshop agenda so participants could use what they learned across the rest of the schedule.
