About the program
Public servants in different departments still share a lot of the same work. Writing official documents and reports, finding and organizing material, answering citizen inquiries — every department does all of it. The training focused on that common ground across three rounds. Rather than a single lecture, we spread it over three days so participants had time to apply what they learned to their own work in between. The exercises were built so people in very different departments could each carry the method back to their own desks.
