About the program
Train everyone at once and it spreads fast but stays shallow; train a few deeply and it never leaves the room. This program took the second route, but designed the spread into it. Sales directors from each branch were selected and brought to the Yongsan head office for two sessions, then went back to their own teams to pass it on. Because these are sales leaders, the ChatGPT exercises were built around what they handle daily: customer-facing documents, proposals and reports, and routine paperwork.
