About the program
Start AI training too heavily with new hires and it turns into "I'll learn it when I need it." The first encounter should be light, but everyone should still try it with their own hands at least once. We kept the room informal, covered where AI has got to and how people use it at work, then had everyone follow along on their phones — no laptops needed. The goal was simple: early in their careers, give them a feel for what using AI looks like.
