AI and data skills workshop for agency specialists
About the program
City construction work ties together drawings, construction progress, schedules, and budgets. Generic office automation training never reaches the points where those judgments are made. The workshop was built on the premise that we would use the agency's own data. A pre-survey placed participants at beginner or intermediate level, and the day split into an AI literacy session and a practical session, run back to back. Rather than stopping at listening, participants worked through to actual output. Round-table seating kept the discussion going, and everyone got a practice account so the whole room worked in the same environment.
