About the program
Local governments need more promotional material than they have people to make it. The jobs are too small to outsource and too fiddly to do by hand, and they pile up in every department. The workshop set out to close that gap directly. Everything ran as team activity over two days, taking participants through the whole flow in a single day: writing a video script with ChatGPT, generating images and video with AI, and finishing the edit. Teams used the Pocheon City mascot to make promotional videos for their own departments and presented them to each other, closing with two rounds of competition. It ran over two days at Cheonbosan Recreational Forest, with groups rotating through.
