Company-wide AI workshop at Pocons

About the program

Getting everyone into the same training means clearing a workday, and in practice that is the hardest part. So this one ran on a weekend, at an offsite venue. With the whole company in one room, we built it as a workshop rather than a lecture, so people could map each point onto their own work as they went. Teams and job levels were mixed, so we picked topics common to every role and kept the hands-on share high.
