About the program
The data public servants handle comes in every possible format. The same analysis takes a different approach when the data changes, so learning one example leaves you stuck the moment real work starts. We kept the structure identical across the three sessions but changed the data format each time. Repeating the same procedure on different data is what makes the method stick. Sessions ran in the IT training room so every participant could work hands-on.
