About the program
Research work leans heavily on gathering material and writing reports, and which tools matter depends on what each person does. So before designing the program we ran a survey to find where participants actually spend their time, and built two sessions around the answers. The content centered on using ChatGPT in a public institution's work. A further session for lifelong education staff followed, extending the program to people with different responsibilities.
