About the program
Adopting AI starts with getting everyone to the same level, not with buying tools. When only part of the company moves ahead, the rest of the time goes into explaining and persuading. This session brought the entire staff together to look at how far GPT has come and what has changed. The focus was on lifting the whole organization's understanding rather than individual practice. Everyone attended in the auditorium, so every team and job level left with the same starting point.
